Do I need a credit card for the 60-day launch period?
No. Create your account, choose the plan you expect to use, and explore the complete system without entering card details.
Can I change my selected plan?
Yes. A tenant administrator can choose a different post-launch plan from workspace settings before launch access ends.
What happens after 60 days?
Your selected plan can take over. If no paid package is activated, SMEFLOW moves the workspace to Free and retains premium records as view-only.
Can I control what team members see?
Yes. Workspace administrators manage member roles, permissions, modules and preferences within the capabilities included in the subscription.
Will invoices and emails carry my branding?
Yes. Upload and crop your logo, choose your colour profile and set organisation details for customer-facing documents and communication.
