Service and accounts
SMEFLOW provides a multi-tenant business-management service. Customers are responsible for authorised users, accurate registration information, account security and activity performed under their workspace.
Trials, plans and payment
Launch access may provide broader functionality for a limited period. Continued access is governed by the selected plan, applicable limits and an active payment arrangement. Paid service must not activate until payment is authorised. Prices, billing frequency, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refund terms shown at checkout form part of these terms.
Customer data
Customers retain ownership of information they submit and grant SMEFLOW the limited right to process it to provide, secure and support the service. Customers must have authority and a lawful basis for information they upload.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material, interfere with availability, violate another person’s rights, send unlawful communications or use the platform contrary to applicable law.
Availability and support
Planned maintenance, emergency maintenance and circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Any binding service level, support response time or backup commitment must be stated in the customer order or service agreement.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use or material breach. Customers may request cancellation and data export subject to the applicable billing, retention and legal requirements.
Liability and warranties
The service is provided with the warranties and liability limitations permitted by applicable law and agreed in the customer contract. SMEFLOW is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting or professional advice.
